It's been quite a while since I've put some of my thoughts out there so I figured you are about due to hear some of them now!
I have started a new schedule with my job so I'm now able to stay home with Addison on Tues, Wed, and Thurs. I go into the office on Mondays and Fridays while my mom keeps her and I work from home once Nick gets home in the evenings to make up some extra hours. It has been kind of hectic so far because Nick's work schedule has been kind of crazy, but I'm hoping that will soon change so I can get into a routine. I can't complain though since I am able to spend more time with her and enjoy her more than I was when I was working Mon-Fri at the office. I am grateful for even having that option available for me.
Addison is just a little over 8 months old now and just keeps on surprising us with something new every single day. The kid is a dare devil and constantly keeps us on our toes! She loves climbing anything and/or anyone over and over again. Nick had been saying when she was younger how he thought she was going to end up being a girly-girl, but it appears as if she's going to be far from a girly-girl! She's mastered pulling herself up and walks along the sides of the sofa using her hands so I'm assuming it shouldn't be much longer before she's running around this place like a mad woman.
Nick and I have experienced so much with her already and look forward to seeing what each new day will bring!
